  • 1 prepared pie crust
  • 1 cup asparagus, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. In a skillet, sauté asparagus, zucchini, and green onions until slightly tender.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the sautéed vegetables evenly in the pie crust. Add cherry tomatoes and shredded cheese on top.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and cheese.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
