Instructions
Chill a Champagne flute or coupe glass in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes (optional, but enhances the experience).
Place the sugar cube in the bottom of the chilled glass.
Add 2-3 dashes of Angostura bitters directly onto the sugar cube, allowing it to soak in briefly.
