Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the milk (if using), and whisk until well combined. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and melt the butter, ensuring it coats the pan evenly.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Let it sit for a few seconds until it starts to set around the edges.
