Ingredients

  • 1 bag tortilla chips (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a medium mixing bowl. Mash with a fork until smooth or to your desired consistency.
  2. Add the diced tomato, chopped red onion, minced jalapeño (if using), and chopped cilantro to the mashed avocado.
  3. Drizzle the lime juice over the mixture. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
