Instructions

  1. Let’s grill some salmon that’s fresh and fabulous! Preheat your grill to medium-high—about 400°F (200°C)—or a grill pan if you’re indoors. Brush the grates with a little oil so nothing sticks!
  2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, and half the dill—whisk it ‘til it’s a zesty little marinade. Smells like summer already!
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel—season ‘em with salt and pepper. Brush that marinade all over—get every side coated in that lemony, garlicky goodness!
  4. Lay the fillets skin-side down on the grill—let ‘em sizzle for 4-5 minutes. Don’t mess with ‘em—give that skin a chance to crisp up! Flip ‘em gently—cook another 3-4 minutes ‘til they flake with a fork (about 135°F/57°C inside).
  5. If you’ve got lemon slices, toss ‘em on the grill for a minute—charred lemon looks so cool! Pull the salmon off—look at those grill marks! Sprinkle the rest of the dill on top—fresh and green!
  6. Serve it up hot—plate it with those grilled lemon slices, a side of veggies, or just solo. Squeeze a little extra lemon if you’re feeling zesty—this is light, flavorful, and oh-so-tender. Dig in and savor the grill magic!
