Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts, optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. If desired, mix the Greek yogurt with vanilla extract in a small bowl for added flavor.
  2. Wash the mixed berries and pat them dry with a paper towel. Slice larger berries like strawberries if needed.
  3. In two tall glasses or jars, begin layering: Start with a spoonful of Greek yogurt (about 1/4 cup) at the bottom.
  4. Add a layer of mixed berries (about 1/4 cup) on top of the yogurt.
  5. Sprinkle a layer of granola (about 2 tablespoons) over the berries.
  6. Repeat the layers—yogurt, berries, granola—until the glasses are filled.
  7. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over the top of each parfait. Add chopped nuts if using.
