Ingredients

  • 1 fully cooked bone-in ham (8-10 lbs)
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Place the ham in a roasting pan, cut side down.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, and cloves. Stir until well combined and smooth.
  3. Brush half of the glaze over the ham, covering it evenly.
  4. Cover the ham loosely with foil and bake for 1.5 hours, basting occasionally.
  5. Remove the foil, brush with the remaining glaze, and bake for an additional 30 minutes until golden and caramelized.
  6. Let the ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
