Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the bananas, then place them in a freezer-safe bag or container. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until fully frozen.
  2. Once frozen, transfer the banana slices to a food processor or high-powered blender.

  4. Blend on high speed, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed, until the mixture becomes creamy and smooth (about 2-3 minutes).
